Phlegyas is a ultra-hydrating shimmer body oil, that leaves your skill feeling soft and glowy! Made with skin loving oils, like grapeseed and rice bran, oils that have been shown to improve the look of skin! It is a lovely sheer base with pink, blue and violet sparkles!
